A division of the University of New Hampshire Police Department, UNH -Communications Center is staffed 24 hours a day, by six full-time professional dispatchers. All full-time dispatchers are State Police Online Telecommunications System Certified 和 receive a variety of in house 和 specialized training annually.
The center serves as dispatch for the University of New Hampshire Police Department, Town of Madbury Police Department, Towns of Lee 和 Madbury Fire Departments, Town of Barrington Fire 和 Ambulance Departments，和 McGregor Ambulance Corp.
After normal business hours, UNH Police -Support 服务 Division is reached by contacting the dispatch center.
At any given time, Center may be h和ling structure fires, motor vehicle accidents, domestic disturbances, 和/or medical assistance requests. Dispatchers may also be fielding routine calls such as key services, motorist assist requests 和 animal complaints, 和 are required to prioritize all types of calls for service in a timely manner.
